PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorated sheet for a polyolefin resin which has excellent heat bonding properties to the polyolefin resin with no polar group and by which a heat molded article can be easily obtained and exhibits transparent feeling and excellent appearance and scratch resistance. SOLUTION: The decorated sheet for the polyolefin resin in which an adhesive layer in which a modified polypropylene resin prepared by graft- copolymerizing 10-50 wt.% vinyl monomer (B) onto 50-90 wt.% polypropylene resin (A) is a main ingredient and a transparent layer in which an acryl resin is a main ingredient are laminated and in the decorated sheet for the polyolefin resin, the vinyl monomer (B) comprises an alkyl (meth)acrylate (B-1) with which a homopolymer with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of at least 50 deg.C can be obtained when it is polymerized alone, an alkyl (meth)acrylate (B-2) with which a homopolymer with a glass transition temperature of lower than 50 deg.C can be obtained when it is polymerized alone and an aromatic vinyl compound (B-3).
