PURPOSE:To convey a plurality of pallets by reducing the number of detectors. CONSTITUTION:Power supply circuits 9 individually supply powers to a plurality of coils of a stator. A sensor for sensing a pallet is provided at a part of the line, where pallets are delivered. Each time the pallet is detected by the sensor, a controller 10 outputs a pulse train signal representing conveyance of the pallet. Parallel outputs of a plurality of serial/parallel converters 11 responsive to the pulses of the signal are added, and a power supply switching signal is applied to all the power supply circuits 9. |
