PURPOSE: A high strength spiral pipe of a composite resin for burying underground is provided in a continuous process maximizing reinforcing effect. CONSTITUTION: A cooled copper pipe(17) is assembled in a dice(3,7) of an extruding machine. Extrusion tubes(4,9) are extruded. The extruded tube(4) is wound by the rotation of a rotation roller(12). The extrusion tube is attached to an attaching roller(5) to form a hollow portion(31) and a connecting portion. A plurality of bending portion(33) is formed in outer direction of a bending gear(34).
