<p>PURPOSE: To provide a production method of an electrodeposition color filter by which a color filter of high display quality can be efficiently produced at a low cost without requiring a special process or device to flatten the color filter. CONSTITUTION: After a color filter 6 of one color is formed by electrodeposition on a transparent electrode 2a connected to a conductive pattern 3a, a metal screen plate 10 to print a conductive pattern 3b is pressed to the color filter 6. Then a roller or squeegee is used to press and flatten the surface of the color filter 6 already formed by electrodeposition, while a new conductive pattern 3C is formed by printing so as to electrically connect a group of transparent electrodes where another color filter 7 is to be electrodeposited. This procedure is repeated for each color filter of the color required.</p> |
