PURPOSE: A referrer system of a 700 telephone service through the Internet is provided to supply an effective profit resource to an Internet information provider which is an operator of an Internet site and supply a cheap and continuous referrer to a 700 telephone service company. CONSTITUTION: An inherent HTML code is embodied on an Internet site which is a referrer(T1). 700 service advertisement contents and an inherent identification number(ID number) are outputted to a user computer connected to the Internet site through an HTML code(T2). The user connects to 700 service through one's telephone and inputs the inherent identification number before receiving information(T3). A 700 businessman server supplies charged information to the user through the telephone and outputs contents for replenishing 700 service information to the user computer, if necessary(T4). A referrer system management server prepares statistics data for a profit distribution based on the inherent identification number inputted by the user and a using time(T5). Thus, a profit is generated through the 700 service by making Internet users use a specific 700 service, and a profit is distributed based on statistics of the inherent identification number inputted by the user.
