PURPOSE: A device for guiding a stay wire of a vehicle tale gate is provided to automatically withdraw the stay wire when the tail gate is opened while inserting the stay wire in the other case by mounting wheels in a bracket, guides for guiding the wheels and springs for pulling the guides, thereby smoothing the opening and closing the of tail gate and preventing the generation of noise. CONSTITUTION: A device for guiding a stay wire of a vehicle tale gate includes a bracket(20) fixed to a body of a tail part and formed with shaft securing grooves(21) of a predetermined length at upper and lower parts inside, wheels(30) each having a shaft(31) to be secured in the shaft securing grooves and a receiving groove in the center for receiving a stay wire, guides(40) each formed with holding parts(41) at both sides of a front end to be coupled with the shafts of the wheels and a spring coupling part in the center of a rear part, and tension springs each having an end coupled with the spring coupling parts of the guides and the other end fixed to the bracket.
