PURPOSE: A damage to the head of a driver is reduced in a collision of an automobile by using a fixing tool of a webbing. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing structure of seatbelt is composed of a retractor(27) wound with a webbing(20). A slip anchor(23) is used to pass the webbing from the retractor. A mini anchor(25) is installed to fix the end of the webbing to the vehicle frame. A tongue plate(21) is inserted to the webbing and connected to the buckle(22) of the seatbelt. A certain part of the webbing is folded in a certain length from the mini anchor by a fixing tool(10).
