PURPOSE: A method for producing smoked sweet potato with baking smell is provided, therefore a user can easily enjoy taste like baked sweet potato without virtually baking it. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing smoked sweet potato with baking smell comprises the steps of: soaking sweet potato or potato in water for 3 to 4 hours and washing it; drying the sweet potato or potato at 10 to 30 deg.C for 10 to 12 hours; exposing the sweet potato or potato to the smoke of broad-leaved tree at 40 to 50 deg.C for 4 to 5 hours in a smoking room; and packaging the smoked sweet potato or potato with synthetic resin film to be cooked in a microwave easily, in which the package film is multilayered film consisting of octenyl LDPE film, heat resistant film and nylon film. |
