MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR MICRO SPEAKER AND THE MICRO SPEAKER BY THE METHOD

PURPOSE: To simplify sure termination processing of a voice coil of a micro speaker. CONSTITUTION: In place of a base with a terminal pattern provided thereto that is joined with a case and a winding terminal is soldered thereto that has been made in a conventional micro speaker, leads 21 are inserted to the case 1, a winding wire termination 9 of the voice coil 5 is wound onto ends 21a of the leads or the ends 21a are bent to clamp the termination 9 so that the ends 21a and the termination 9 are joined through soldering or welding. The termination processing of the winding wire is conducted in a state that the leads are extended laterally straight, the leads are bent along the contour of the case and then completed. Since a lead frame is used to manufacture components, the forming or the like of the case is made in a mass-production way and the termination processing of the winding wire can be automated.
