PURPOSE: A data communication system for compensating the attenuation of a transmitting signal is provided to present a LAN system to compensate a digital signal transmitted through a transmission line. CONSTITUTION: A download signal processing amplifier(100), located at the end of a download transmission line(13), is linked directly with an upload transmission line(14) or a T_PC. The output terminal matched with the output terminal of a phase compensation amplifier(140) is connected to an R_PC. A link terminal becomes the input terminal of a compensator(150). Similarly, an upload signal processing amplifier(100'), located at the end of an upload transmission line(14), is linked directly with a download transmission line(13) or T_HUB. Accordingly, noise or some of the upload signals provided from the T_PC are transmitted to the download signal processing amplifier(100) as branch signals. Also noise or some of the download signals provided from the T_HUB are transmitted to the upload signal processing amplifier(100') as branch signals.
