DIFFERENTIATION METHOD OF SPECIFIC CELLS FROM HUMAN EMBRYONIC STEM CELLS DERIVED FROM FROZEN-THAWED EMBRYO

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of differentiating specific cells from human embryonic stem cells which are derived from frozen-thawed embryo. The differentiated specific cells can be widely used in developing medicines, treating diseases and for therapeutic transplantation. CONSTITUTION: The differentiation method of specific cells from human embryonic stem cells comprises the steps of: (a) thawing a frozen human embryo in the stage of blastocyst; (b) culturing a portion of or the entire embryo in a medium which is capable of building undifferentiated stem cells up, to obtain undifferentiated human embryonic stem cells; and (c) differentiating the stem cells in a medium containing alkali substances and at least one kind of growth factor.
