摘要 PURPOSE: A high strength and high toughness alloy steel casting having high weldability for welded structure is provided which is used in marine equipment and mechanical parts in special fields by improving mechanical properties and chemical constituents, and a method for manufacturing the alloy steel casting is provided. CONSTITUTION: The high strength and high toughness alloy steel casting for welded structure comprises 0.14 to 0.15 wt.% C, 0.44 to 0.53 wt.% of Si, 1.26 to 1.33 wt.% of Mn, 0.003 to 0.021 wt.% of P, 0.008 to 0.017 wt.% of S, 0.09 to 0.14 wt.% of Cr, 0.08 to 0.10 wt.% of Cu, 1.14 to 1.19 wt.% of Ni, 0.001 to 0.09 wt.% of Mo, 0.008 to 0.017 wt.% of Nb, 0.009 to 0.010 wt.% of N, 0.035 to 0.042 wt.% of Al, 0.001 wt.% of Ti, 0.001 to 0.002 wt.% of V, 0.010 to 0.029 wt.% of Nb+V, 0.011 to 0.031 wt.% of Nb+V+Ti, and 0.44 to 0.49 wt.% of carbon equivalent(CE) based on 100 wt.% of the total alloy steel.
