PURPOSE: A hinge assembly of a side gate of a cargo truck is provided to prevent the rotation of a bolt by a holding protrusion integrally formed on an outer peripheral surface of a body part of the bolt, thereby improving the workability when coupling a nut with the bolt and preventing the releasing of the nut. CONSTITUTION: In a hinge assembly of a side gate of a cargo, a supporting bracket(3) is formed with through holes(6) and mounted at a side end part of a floor panel, and a connection bracket(4) is integrally formed with a connection pipe(8) and mounted on the bottom of a side gate, so that a bolt(5) serving as a hinge shaft penetrates the through hole and the connection pipe, wherein a body part(7) of the bolt is integrally formed with a holding protrusion(20) on the outer periphery immediately below a head part(10) and the through hole in the vicinity of the head part is in the shape of a holding groove(22) to be inserted by the holding protrusion.
