PURPOSE: A vehicle transmission control device is provided to simplify the structure without any dual structure of select and shift rods, for minimizing the clearance apt to be generated in a link unit and improving the durability and the manipulation force transmitting. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle transmission control device includes a change lever(1) supported by a change lever unit in selection and shifting directions for transmitting transmission manipulation force of a driver, a first rod(7) of which an end is hinge-coupled with a lower end of the change lever by a first hinge bracket, an upper cross shaft(13) of which an upper end is connected to the other end of the first rod by a ball joint and a side of a lower part is hinge-coupled with a second hinge bracket fixed to a side frame of a vehicle body for operating in the shifting direction, a first select rod(25) of which an upper end is connected to the other end of the first rod via an auxiliary bracket, a second rod(31) of which an end is connected to a lower end of the upper cross shaft by a ball joint and to a lower end of the first select rod by the auxiliary bracket, and the other end is connected to a shift lever(39) via a ball joint, a second select rod(43) for transmitting the rotation motion of the second rod to the select lever element as a rectilinear motion via the rotation lever on the second rod.
