PURPOSE: A meat roasting method is provided to improve the taste of meat and to easily discharge oil generated from meat by maintaining an endurance and erosion-proof characteristic of a yellow soil pad. CONSTITUTION: A yellow soil pad includes a cotton woven fabric(2) and a yellow soil seat(3) placed on the cotton woven fabric(2) such that the yellow soil seat(3) occupies a half of the cotton woven fabric(2). Another half of the cotton woven fabric(2) is bent so as to cover the exposed surface of the yellow soil seat(3). A predetermined amount of salt, a bio-stone powder, a worm wood powder, and pine leaf powder are added to the yellow soil seat(3). When roasting meat by using the yellow soil pad, the yellow soil pad is developed and cut in a predetermined size. Then, meal is surrounded by the yellow soil pad. In this state, meat covered with the yellow soil pad is heated.
