PURPOSE: A composite terminal for issuing a traffic violation is provided to manage an administrative process and an inquiry in accordance with a control procedure rapidly and conveniently by installing a position information function for receiving a satellite electric wave GPS(Global Positioning System) signal, a data transmitting/receiving function, and an identity inquiry function using vehicle information and a resident card in a portable radio and a terminal. CONSTITUTION: In a complex terminal issues necessary information and a violation written notice by linking an offender and a main base station interactively, a GPS receiver(18) informs the current position of a vehicle of a traffic offender in creating position data for displaying a current position using satellite track information from a plurality of GPS satellites. A recognition unit(17) is provided for reading information of a general card and a resident card number for checking an identity of the offender. An input unit(19) is provided for inputting necessary information as a character or a numeral directly. A CPU(11) generally controls various kinds of identity inquiry functions and transmitting/receiving functions to the main base station through information applied in the input unit(19), the recognition unit(17), and the GPS receiver(18). An LCD(15) is provided for confirming contents of a violation with the naked eye. A data transmitting/receiving unit(13) is connected to the external main base station through a wireless communication and transmits/receives data as various kinds of position information, an identity confirmation information, and violation information interactively. An LCD driver(16) is connected for controlling various kinds of GPS receiving data and information of the recognition unit(17) and controls the LCD(15) through an output terminal thereof. A printer(12) is provided for issuing a violation written notice directly at the actual spot. |
