PURPOSE: A waste treating apparatus is provided to easily treat the waste without generating the pollution factors by discharging combustible gas and withdrawing carbonized waste from a cartridge. CONSTITUTION: A gas discharging hole(6) is formed at an upper side of an incinerator(1). A burner(21) is formed below the incinerator(1). Three or four carbonizing tanks(2) are accommodated in incinerator(1). A supporter is formed at a lower portion of the carbonizing tanks(2). A cartridge is inserted into the carbonizing tanks(2). A nitrogen supplying tank(3) is formed at an outer portion of the incinerator(1). A waste gas retrieving pipe(5) is installed at an upper portion of the carbonizing tanks(2). The waste gas retrieving pipe(5) is used to supply air into the burner(21). A cleaning tower(10) is connected to a cooling water tank(9) through a pipe.
