PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic system for dwelling complex constituted so that an aged person or a disabled person can safely move and act in a dwelling complex. SOLUTION: In this traffic system, a general road leading to the outside of the dwelling complex is partitioned from an electric vehicle exclusive road provided within the dwelling complex, and a general parking lot and an electric vehicle parking lot are arranged in adjacent positions between the both. It is forbidden to drive general vehicles onto the dwelling complex, and electric vehicles jointly possessed by the dwelling complex are run along the electric car exclusive road having traveling guide means buried therein under the control by a management center within the dwelling complex.
