SOLUTION: This device that holds a plurality of multielement vectors as templates and selects and outputs the nearest vector to an input vector from the templates comprises a first circuit 1 with a plurality of circuits whose current value is a maximum value to a given input voltage value, a second circuit 2 for controlling the electric potential of the output terminal of the first circuit 1 to a given value and outputting a second current, a third circuit 3 as a current mirror circuit, and a fourth circuit 4 for specifying the one with the largest value of a plurality of input currents.
