HEAT-SHRINKABLE FILM

A heat-shrinkable film made of a crosslinked ethylene polymer resin, which has a gel fraction of 5 to 40 % and contains a glycerol fatty acid ester surfactant in an amount of 2.0 to 8.0 wt% based on the total weight of the resin with the surfactant being present on at least one surface of the film in an amount of 3.0 to 20.0 mg/m<2>. This film has characteristics suitable for high-speed continuous wrapping machines such as moderate coefficient of kinetic friction and hot-tack sealing properties with the heat shrinkability characteristics and the surface appearances of shrunk film including fog resistance and gloss being kept satisfactory.
