PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly calculate a charge for using of a rental moving body in response to a using condition and the like, and to effectively and flexibly utilize the moving body. SOLUTION: Each of bicycles 1A, 1B, 1C... is provided with a GPS function, an own present position is detected in every prescribed time, information indicating the detected present position is transmitted to a management company 2, and the present position of the each bicycle is controlled thereby. The each of the bicycles 1A, 1B, 1C... is rented to a member, measurement for a riding distance and a riding time is started when use thereof is started, and the measured distance and time are transmitted to a server unit of the company 2 when the use is finished. The server unit of the company 2 calculates the charge for using in response to the transmitted riding distance and time to conduct settlement of accounts. |
