treatment of objects with working fluid from flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: spraying is effected at flow rate fluid of changing during flight depending of direction of wind. Spraying apparatus includes working fluid tank, pump, cutoff valve, flowmeter, boom with spraying units and command member. Apparatus is provided with unit which consists of housing, wall secured inside housing, first cover with outlet branch pipe on one side of housing, second cover where bush with internal thread is secured located on other side of housing, thread limiter screwed into internal thread of bush of second cover, orifice plate, metering needle valve, limiter for limiting flow section between orifice plate and meter needle valve, first flywheel, second flywheel, rod, guide bush and power drive.
