PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system, with which locally close information such as a peripheral map with an exactly specified position as a reference can be acquired by simple operation. SOLUTION: This system is composed of transmitters 7, a web site 1 and a portable terminal 2 and each of transmitters 7 transmits a transmitting signal composed of a menu and the URL of a web page provided on the web site 1 corresponding to menu items. Then, the portable terminal 2 is provided with a receiving part 8 for receiving the transmitting signal from each of transmitters 7 and a transmitting/receiving part 4 for selecting a specified URL out of URLs received by this receiving part 8 and accessing the web page corresponding to that specified URL. |
