PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form document output system that can dispense with the preparation of a data processor for each type of document and use a single data processor for various documents. SOLUTION: A document to be outputted is divided into a first section and a second section, and a format for parts corresponding to the first section of the document is stored in a first section format storing part 31 and a format for parts corresponding to the second section of the document is stored in a second section format storing part 32. A first section inserting means 21 receives a series of character string data from a first section data input device 11 and inserts the data in the format in the first section format storing part 31. A second section inserting means 22 similarly receives a series of character string data from a second section data input device 21 and inserts the data in the format in the second section format storing part 32. A document connecting means 20 connects the data-inserted documents provided by the first section inserting means 21 and the second section inserting means 22 before outputting the completed document to an output device 4. |
