<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp a leakage state or control the storage quantity in a water receiving tank by comparatively examining an average use quantity with an actual use feed quantity, which was difficult in prior arts for solving various troubles based on a difficulty in meter inspection and simplifying and facilitating the meter inspection business by wirelessly remotely controlling the inspection business of a water meter. SOLUTION: In this monitoring system using meter read value of water use quantity, the actual use feed quantity is arithmetically processed through the meter inspection business or automatic meter inspection of water use quantity, and comparatively examined with the conventional average use quantity and/or a set use quantity such as intended use quantity or the like, and leakage, presence and living of a person, normality or the like is monitored on the basis of the actual use feed quantity. Accordingly, by comparatively examining the average use quantity with the actual use feed quantity, the grasping of the leakage state or the control of storage quantity in the water receiving tank can be performed on the basis of the meter inspection result.</p> |
