PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the charging for information to be overlapped for acquiring WWW browser information again at the time of the acquisition of the WWW browser information, when the acquisition is interrupted. SOLUTION: This radio information terminal is provided with a radio communicating part 1 for performing radio communication with a radio base station, a control part 2 for variously controlling the terminal, a memory part 3 for storing various variables or parameters, a data storage part 4 for storing various information data, a display part 5 for displaying data, and an operating part 6 for operating the terminal. The control part 2 is provided with a means for allowing the data storage part 4 to store WWW browser data attached with data end information by adding a data interruption flag to the WWW browser data when the data communication is disconnected during the acquisition of the WWW browser data, and a means for detecting the data interruption flag from the data storage part 4 at the time of acquiring the WWW browser data again, and returning an overlapped data signal to the radio base station.
