PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an output voltage of a hybrid man-power generator used in the power generator such as human-power generator and solar power generation system to a safe voltage equal to or lower than 30 V. SOLUTION: A voltage converting means is provided between a first power generating means and a second power generating means to combine the power. The output voltage of the second power generating means is set to a safe low voltage equal to or lower than 30 V. Moreover, an output voltage of the voltage converting means is set to a DC voltage and is changed depending on the amount of power generation of a man-power generator. Accordingly, a power conditioner and an inter-related protection apparatus is are used in common, so that and the rate of operation is enhanced markedly.
