PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle audio interface adapter which is used to replace a pure head unit with impure head unit apparatus on the market. SOLUTION: The adapter is interposed between an impure deck on the marker which has been replaced for a head deck and a power amplifier 2 and generates a LAN signal to be able to control the power amplifier 2. Further, a resistance 9 of an incorporated transformer 8 is controlled to match the output level of the impure deck on the market to the input level of the power amplifier 2.
