PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which has anti-falling members of a simple construction which are in no danger of being lost. SOLUTION: With respect to the electronic device whose body 1 can be placed either flat or upright, anti-falling members 5a, 5b, 6a and 6b are placed in such a way that they can be taken in and out from the edge lines of the bottom when the electronic apparatus is placed upright. The width of the bottom orthogonal to the direction of its length is substantially increased by the anti- falling members 5a, 5b, 6a and 6b.
