PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna stay folding tool which can make an antenna stay having a folded halfway section effectively support the mast of an antenna by causing the tension generated by a tensile tool to evenly act on the upper and lower parts of the antenna stay. SOLUTION: This antenna stay folding tool is used for folding the halfway section of the antenna stay 7 both ends of which are respectively fixed to two fasteners provided on the mast of the antenna and which is provided with the tensile tool, such as the turn buckle, etc., at either one of the ends. The folding tool is provided with an auxiliary member for folded body 15 formed of a discoid member 16 having a groove 16B with which the stay 7 is engaged and a falling preventing member 17 which prevents the falling of the stay 7 from the member 16. At the time of generating the tension in the stay 7 by means of the tensile tool, the folded halfway section of the stay 7 is smoothly folded and moved in a state where no large friction is generated.
