PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent apparatus, an agent processing method and record medium recording multi-agent processing program capable of expressing communications naturally and an intention forming with more human feelings. SOLUTION: In the apparatus, when a standby text is positioned at a top of the intention in operation, an intention sustaining part 107 registers the text into a standby list part 85, when the standby text of a plan main body registered in the list part 85 and an outer event can be unitized, an intention forming part 101 adds the text to an intention enabling the plan owned by the main body, an intension renewal part 103 renews the intentions with performing recursive evaluations of synchronization waiting for branches of conditions occurred in the communications to other agent apparatuses and waiting for messages from other agent apparatuses.
