<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication line test and diagnostic method that properly and efficiently discriminates propriety of each communication line even when sophisticated and diversified terminals or the like are connected to each communication line. SOLUTION: A measured value of each communication line is compared with a prescribed threshold and whether or not each communication line is normal is discriminated (step S11), when the measured value is within a normal range, each communication line is discriminated normal (step S17), when the measured value is not within the normal range, whether or not a stored value is registered in a database is discriminated (step S13), when the stored value exists in the database, the stored value is compared with the measured value, and whether or not the measured value is within a prescribed range with respect to the stored value is discriminated (step S15). When the measured value is within the prescribed range with respect to the stored value, the communication line is discriminated normal (step S17).</p> |
