<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stability of output data and to prevent the occurrence of malfunction by sharply reducing the oscillation probability of a data outputting amplifier circuit of a semiconductor device. SOLUTION: The data outputting amplifier circuit is provided with a pair of input data lines, a current input amplification part and a latch amplification part. The current input amplification part senses the difference of signal levels between the pair of input data lines, amplifies the signal level difference, and outputs the amplified level as a voltage level. The latch amplification part senses the voltage level outputted from the current input amplification part, amplifies the sensed voltage level to a level capable of transmitting it to a peripheral circuit part, and latches the amplified level. An amplification factor at the start of amplification in the current input amplification part is made different from that at the end of amplification, and the voltage level outputted from the current input amplification part is limited to a fixed level. Consequently, the amplification operation of the data outputting amplification circuit of the semiconductor device can be stabilized and the probability of oscillation can be sharply reduced. As a result, the stability of output data can be improved and the malfunction of the semiconductor device can be prevented.</p> |
