<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate consumables data management, an exchange work instruction, delivery management, inventory management and collection management on a customer side, to reduce a work burden on the customer side and also to perform appropriate processing of a waste article by making a forwarder deliver and exchange consumables and also perform collection work. SOLUTION: A server 7 owned by the forwarder has a customer information file 72 which manages a plurality of shops 1 and also stores client information including the address and name of each client who requests consumables exchange and collection and shop list information including the name and address of each shop, the type, amount, use period and desired date for exchange/collection work of the consumables as customer information. The transport agent orders required quantity of new consumables from a seller through the Internet 5 on the basis of the customer information, decides the collection timing cycle of the consumables and an expected date of exchange/collection work on the basis of the customer information, delivers the new consumables obtained from the seller to each shop in every collection timing and makes a work plan for performing exchange/collection work of the consumables at each shop.</p> |
