PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor for a magnet motor which is light in weight having larger power output and has a constitution which can be manufactured by a simple and easy manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the rotor for a magnet motor, equal shape holes are disposed on the outer surface of a core-back and the holes are all covered with the inner periphery of a bore of an electromagnetic steel sheet laminate. The rotor for a magnet motor is constituted by spot-welding by laser the side edges of the outer surface of the holes of the core-back to the respective electromagnetic steel sheets on the radius parallel part of the holes.
