PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switchgear with high safety for a maintenance person by opening a door of a breaker room only when the inside of the breaker room is turned into non-charged state. SOLUTION: An interlock mechanism is provided between a main circuit and a door 23 which is structured such that the door 23 can be opened only when the main circuit is in non-charged state, that is, an interlock mechanism which enables the opening of the door 23 only when a breaker 21 is in the isolating position is added. With this set-up, a conductor is in non-charged state. In this case, a power failure of a bus causes a power failure of the entire system, which is practically impossible so that equivalent non-charged state is realized by covering the main circuit terminal on the bus side which is the only charged part with a metal shutter. |
