PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an optimum pin assignment location of a digital SUB such that a wraparound noise level from a digital element to an analog element becomes minimum. SOLUTION: Distances between the analog element, the digital element and a board contact exclusive use terminal (DSUB pin) for the digital element are temporarily determined as parameters (S5), the wraparound noise level is calculated quantatively (S6, 7), the optimum assignment location of the contact exclusive use terminal is calculated based upon a minimum position of the wraparound noise level (S8), and the contact exclusive use terminal is arranged at the calculated optimum position where the terminal can be arranged.
