PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately judge whether wires are surely connected to a bonding part in an inspection process in a wire bonding terminal structure completing wire bonding and improve a degree of location by arranging many terminals in the same area. SOLUTION: In the wire bonding terminal structure in which the wires extended from an electronic circuit board are connected to the bonding part 12a by wire bonding, the width of a terminal 12 is increased in the lateral direction as compared with both end sides in the neighborhood of the center part to form a width wide part 12b, thus the bonding part is constituted so as to be set from the width M of the lateral direction and the length L of the vertical direction of the width wide part of at least any one of both the ends, and a taper part 12c is formed from at least any one of both the ends toward the width wide part. In addition, when a plurality of the terminals are arranged, the taper parts are arranged to be mutually opposed. |
