CLEARING METHOD USING A COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK (VARIANTS)

The invention relates to finance and can be used in different branches of the national economy for carrying out clearing operations with the aid of a communications network. Said invention makes it possible to increase the security of a buyer in the course of buying-selling clearing transactions using a communications network. The inventive method (and variants thereof) consists in logging a list of proposed commodities in the seller's computer, notifying a settlement account for said goods, a transit bank account being used as the settlement account. Afterwards, a buyer reads said list of commodities. Each payment being provided with an individual code, the commodity is paid by transfer into the bank account of the seller. The inventive method also consists in advising the bank on the assigned payment code, delivering the commodity to the purchaser on the condition that said purchaser communicates the code to the seller, informing the transit bank of the code received from the purchaser, transferring a due sum to the seller on condition that the code communicated to the transit bank by the seller coincides with the code which is received by the transit bank in addition to said payment.
