a spectacle holder for a pair of spectacles, the holder being integral with a surface, wherein the holder includes: (a) a body portion (15) which is integral with a surface; (b) said body portion (15) having attached thereto a clasp (11) adapted to encircle to partially encircle at least one arm of a pair of spectacles; and (c) attached thereto at least one side support (16) adapted to maintain the abovementioned arm or arms in position within the body portion (15), such that the pair of spectacles may be held by means of insertion of the abovementioned arm through the clasp (11) and through the support or supports (16) and removed as required.
