PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a data distributing system capable of shortening the time until the data are reproduced after the distribution of data is requested in a prescribed communication environment such as a radio data communication environment, and capable of reducing the concentration of the loads of a distributing server. SOLUTION: A charging server 113G in a service provider side device 101G transmits a part of a program prior to the arrival of a user start period, and when a user decides to purchase it, a part of the program is transmitted to a game terminal 116G so that the game terminal can be put into a playable state. When the residual part of the program is requested by the user, the balance for purchase of the user is confirmed, and the residual part is transmitted from a distributing server 112G to a radio terminal 115G in time for the following game. Thus, it is possible to shorten the time until the reproduction of the distributed data, and to reduce the load of the distributing server 112G. Also, it is possible to apply this invention even to distributed data in which the limit of the use start period is not set. |
