PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing system which can lighten the operation load of the creation of an operation management document in a field and reduce the cost. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with digital operation recorders 8a to 8c which are mounted on trucks 7a to 7c and collect various operation data, personal computers 3a to 3c which input and transmit the operation data collected by the operation recorders 8a to 8c to a center 100, and a server 1 which generates data of the operation management document according to the sent operation data. The data of the operation management document generated by the server 1 are distributed to the personal computers 3a to 3c through the Internet 300 and printers 4a and 4c print the document.
