<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support management of MRO items in an office with minimum labor therein. SOLUTION: This vicarious ordering system is provided with a start-of-use registering part 10 which receives the input of start-of-use when the MRO item of one of daily consumable items used in the office is changed from inventory to use therein, an in-office inventory updating part 12 which updates the inventory of the MRO items based on the amount of the start-of-use of the MRO items registered in the start-of-use registering part 10, an ordering data developing part 14 which develops ordering data for the MRO items based on in-office inventory quantity for each MRO item updated by the in-office inventory updating part 12, and an order controlling part 16 for every order receiver which controls the transmission of the ordering data generated by the ordering data developing part 14 to order receivers for each MRO item.</p> |
