PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforcedly warn about side-effects, to announce the name of contraindication and to check the interaction at the heels of an attached document changing all the time in drug prescription checking and drug medication instruction in medical institutions and dispensing pharmacies. SOLUTION: By having a drug specialized knowledgeable person preliminarily prepare a dictionary (1) of codes for identifying drugs and side-effects, a dictionary (2) of the codes for identifying the drugs and general names, a dictionary (3) obtained by making the codes for identifying the drugs and contraindication names to be in pairs, a dictionary (4) for pairs of the general names of interactive drugs. Thus, this enables correction of these dictionaries and to accomplish the above objects, whenever an additionally changed document attached to a drug is generated.
