equipment for oil recovery from wells. SUBSTANCE: plant has drum with hollow shaft, swivel and flexible polymer- metal pipe. Pipe has electrical channel mounted therein and electromagnetic valve. Pipe is flexible for winding on drum. Pipe has run length equaling distance between producing formation and well head. Wellhead has discharge member with bypass for release of gas from annular space. There are also upper and lower seals. Electromagnetic valve is located between them and is open after lifting of pipe. During this time, pipe is empties from oil. EFFECT: higher productivity of labor in process of round trip operations in oil recovery and during performance of repairs and preventive maintenance, safety and reliable protection from negative consequences of gas-oil blowouts. 1 dwg |
