SUBSTANCE: core catcher has body and core catching member in form of bushing installed for turning. Installed in body is supporting ring with inclined end face surface. Bushing is made with parallel ends. Bushing internal surface is made in form of cone and located with its large base on supporting ring for radial, axial and circular motion relative to supporting ring. Angle alpha of cone generator is larger than or equal to angle of inclination beta of ring end surface. EFFECT: higher reliability of catching, breaking-off and holding of core of any rock in core receiver. 1 dwg
