PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow stable inspection with a simple configuration which is not affected by degradation of a luminaire and disturbance, by searching for a part with a plurality of part image data of different light-quantity setting in the inspection data for an inspected object. SOLUTION: A mounted part inspecting device comprises a lighting means for lighting an inspected object, an image input means wherein the inspected object surface is imaged and inputted as an inspected image data, an inspected image data preserving means which preserves the inputted image data, a part pattern image data preserving means which preserves a plurality of part pattern image data wherein a part, which is to be detected, is imaged in advance, with various light quantities, a matching means which calculates a matched position and a matching degree from the inspected image data for each of a plurality of part pattern image data, and a judging means for judging soundness of the inspected object by comparing the matching degree or position which is calculated by the matching means with a pre-determined value. |
