PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote distribution and to improve resource reutilization by allowing a general delivering agent other than a waste handling agent to handle waste material. SOLUTION: A regeneration processor 4 performs regeneration processing of organic waste such as garbage discharged from a chain store 1 on the spot and converts the organic waste into valuables S as merchandise. The valuables S are different from the organic waste such as garbage and can be handled by a general transport agent such as a home delivery agent 6. Therefore, the valuable can be carried up to a feed/fertilizer plant 7 being the final disposal site in the same distribution system as that of normal merchandise to promote distribution and to improve resource reutilization. |
