PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for building environment evaluation which set evaluation standards and can evaluate the environment of a building efficiently, clearly, and objectively according to the standards. SOLUTION: The building environment evaluating device 1 is equipped with a registering means 3 which registers the building as an object to be evaluated at a request to evaluate the environment of the building on condition that the building is not registered yet and meets specific conditions, an environment data collecting means 4 which collects environment data on the building registered by the registering means 3, an evaluating institution selecting means 5 which selects an evaluating institution evaluating the environment data collected by the environment data gathering means 4 according to specific selection standards, and a processing means 2 which provides the environment data and predetermined evaluations standards for the evaluating institution selected by the evaluating institution selecting means 5, obtains the evaluation result of the environment data by the evaluating institution, and provides it for the administrator of the building. |
