PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet advertisement distributing method by which high advertisement effect can be efficiently obtained by selecting and distributing advertisements matching user's interests and likings to many unspecified users on the Internet. SOLUTION: On the Internet, a user idea gathering and advertisement selecting device is provided which has an advertisement database and a user idea database wherein interests and ideas of a user are preliminarily classified into several categories according to access history and input information of the user and stored while made to correspond to the IP address of the user. At an advertisement information distribution request from the user, the user idea gathering and advertisement selecting device performs retrieval in the user idea database, making the request source IP address of the advertisement information distribution request as a key, and selects the most suitable advertisement information for the idea of the user from the advertisement database and distributes it to the user. |
